These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of KaagazSamjho (the "Service"), operated by Grow Developerss ("we", "us", "our"), having its registered address at Plot No. 1, Opposite Kotak Mahindra Bank, Main Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018, India. By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KaagazSamjho. If you upload a document on behalf of another person (for example, a family member), you confirm you are authorised to do so.
KaagazSamjho lets you upload or photograph an Indian document (such as an insurance policy, loan agreement, property paper, employment contract, or government notice) and receive an AI-generated, plain-language explanation in Hindi or another supported Indian language.
The Service is accessed via your browser without requiring a separate account signup. You are responsible for maintaining control of your own device and browser session, and for all activity that occurs through your access to the Service.

We may report suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement, preserve relevant records as required by applicable law, and suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Your first document explanation is free. Subsequent explanations are charged at ₹49 per document, displayed clearly before you pay. Payments are processed through Razorpay; we do not store your full card or bank account details ourselves. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Outputs from KaagazSamjho are generated using third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure. Content you submit, including document images, may be transmitted to such providers for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the KaagazSamjho name and logo, are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal data — including the documents you upload — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in that period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means.
